QR code menu for your restaurant

Restaurants, cafes and food stalls use one code on every table. When prices change, dishes come and go or the season ends, upload the new menu and the codes on the tables keep working. No new stickers.

How to make a QR menu

  1. Make your menu as a PDF or image (Canva, Word, or a clear photo of the paper menu), up to 10 MB
  2. Upload it, name the code after your restaurant and set the caption to "Scan for menu"
  3. Press "Print" under A4 print sheet for 4 table cards or 12 stickers per page (save as PDF for a print shop), or download PNG/SVG; keep table codes at least 3 cm wide
  4. When the menu changes, open the manage link and upload the new file; the same code opens it

PDF or image?

A multi-page PDF suits long menus: zoomable, sharp, small file. A JPG or PNG suits one-page menus and promo boards. If you photograph a paper menu, shoot straight on in good light and check the prices are readable on a phone.

Want guests to order on LINE or WhatsApp too?

Use the "Multiple links" type instead: one page with buttons for the menu, chat, map and reviews, all behind one code.

Can I see how many guests scan?

Yes. The manage link shows total and 30-day scans; a free account adds daily charts, hours and devices, useful for spotting busy periods.

FAQ

Does it cost anything?

No. Creating, hosting and updating the menu is free. The service shows a short advertisement on the page guests see before the menu opens.

How big should the printed code be?

Rule of thumb: at least one tenth of the scanning distance. On a table scanned from 30 cm, use 3 cm or more; on a wall scanned from 1 m, 10 cm or more, with white space around it.
